     Americans are all returning to  their rat-race routine  after a lazy and in-no-such hurry summer months. and so are we.  My husband, Adil, and I are so excited to get back on our food truck "Midnight Blue" and start selling again.  Temps in these two weeks are in the 90s. The tender, moist, and flavorful chicken simmer in aromatic Balinese spice, which is combination of brightly color red bell pepper, chili, zesty ginger, garlic, shallot, and galanga.  The dish is tolerably and acceptably spicy. Such a treat. We wish our customers will like our new addition to the menu.

Arrived at Dulles international airport on Aug 22, 2014 after a blissful month long vacation in paradise island of Bali. The heat and humidity of Mid-Atlantic summer slap my face! but, that is not all!!! walked in to the house....reality struck!! dang hubby....you left clogged kitchen sink for three f-ing weeks. The house smells bad, all windows open as father-in-law could not stand AC. Oh well. what can I say. this is my life..this is my reality. I will deal with it later. Now, ill go unpack and catch on zzzzzzzz. I know for sure that I have to deal with jetlag later. Oh wait a minute, I don't want to unpack now *smh* Im tired, hungry, irritated, bla bla bla....I need to go to sleep. So to the bedroom ill go.
